working together. To this end, all our partners use their individual strengths in a targeted manner for the common cause.
With our innovative formats, we establish a dialog between science, municipalities and the entire urban society. In doing so, we provide impetus for an open culture of innovation and transfer in the spirit of knowledge-based urban development.
Encounters and exchanges are important to us – in line with the idea of co-creating together. That is why UniverCity organizes many different events where people can get in touch with each other. In addition, we actively participate in the event formats of our broad-based network in a spirit of partnership.

We are hosting the Bochum University Days for the 15th time! The event is aimed at high school students who are interested in studying and are about to graduate, as well as other people who are considering taking up a course of study (e.g., changing courses or after completing vocational training). It offers an excellent opportunity to find out about the wide range of study options available in Bochum and to get answers to all your questions about studying.
